I love the last line as, now at age 60, I have been pondering the concept of my writing (and getting LOTS more books published) as legacy. I have thousands of poems, have been writing a poem daily for 4 years. Thank you!🙏

I like how this poem reads, Lori. Also, lines 5 and 9 stick out to me and read as a single thought. Speaks to me like advice: "Life is more than a read through...Legacy will not write itself." Thank you for sharing.
